Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from
Kensight. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within
ninety (90) days for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines.

one of our customer service representatives will be glad to recommend alternative
return options that may be available. Information contained on the invoice will be
necessary to process the return or refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call.
After the return period, products will be covered by the Kensight's warranty as
applicable.

Shipped Merchandise Returns/Exchanges
If you are returning merchandise in new, unused condition, contact us within 90 days
from receipt. If you have a return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage,
contact us within 90 days from receipt to qualify for a no-charge pickup. Contact us
toll-free at 1-800-848-4671. One of our customer service
representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item.
Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all
returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has
been received.
Please note: APO/FPO ship-to addresses are not eligible for no-charge pickup.
Please report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds
If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with for any reason other than a shipping
error, defect or damage, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-848-4671.
One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions
for obtaining a refund for the item. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Your
refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will
be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, money order,
check, etc.).

Special Order Sales
Special Order items are ordered
according to the customer’s specifications and are not refundable.
Items ordered on Kensight.com are custom made to your order and shipped directly
from our factory in Atlanta, Georgia to you.
kensight.com presents your shipping costs during the checkout process. As part of
the checkout process, we will provide you with FedEx® and USPS® shipping rates.
The rates will change depending upon the level of service you have requested. Our
standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. We only offer a flat rate
shipping for all three levels of service. For more details on our shipping services,
you may go to www.fedex.com and www.usps.com for more information.
For orders being sent to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, USPS® Priority Mail® will be
used. Standard shipping rates apply.
If you decide to return your order, shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Service Level Options
We currently offer three service options for orders fulfilled from Kensight.com:
Standard (USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground) FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard
Overnight.
Shipping Product
Kensight.com offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska and
Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We offer international
shipping worldwide.
Note: A surcharge may be added to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S.
Protectorates.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping restrictions are as follows:
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses are serviced by the United States Postal
Service.
- Due to postal regulations, any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds
certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Kensight.com cannot ensure that orders to APO/FPO addresses or to any United
States Protectorate will be delivered within the Standard service window of 3 to 7
business days.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are offered the Standard service delivery option
only.
- Orders to all United States Protectorates are offered the Standard service option
only and incur a $5
surcharge.
Same-Day Shipping
If we receive your order by 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, our goal is to have your order
picked, packed, and shipped the same day.
Calculating Order Arrival Date
Total delivery time for orders arriving via FedEx/USPS is based on order processing
time plus shipping time. You can track your package as it makes its way to its final
address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping
confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check the status
of your shipment in the following ways:
- Order processing time is the time needed to pick and pack your order. Our goal is
to process your order in less than 24 hours, when received during our normal business
week (Monday-Friday).
- Shipping time is based on the shipping service level option you select.
Order Tracking and Delivery
When your order is shipped by FedEx or USPS, you can track your package as it makes its
way to its final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail
shipping confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check
the status of your shipment in the following ways:
- Click the link on your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order via our
carriers’ Web sites and enter your tracking number.
- Contact a Kensight's customer service representative at
1-800-848-4671.
- E-mail us at support@kensight.com for a
status update.
Either way you choose, we will provide you with timely, accurate information about
the status of your order. If you should misplace your shipping confirmation e-mail,
please contact one of our customer service representatives at

Gift Wrapping
We do not offer this service at this time.
Damaged Merchandise
